Unique Jewelry in Titan Quest 2 (TQ2) is Purple colored (Blue if you use Legacy) and has more passive bonuses than other Jewelry of the same type. Unique Jewelry can drop from Bosses or enemies or can be gambled. Due to the relative rarity it can take a long time to even see one of them.
