Storm Mastery in Titan Quest 2 (TQ2) is one of the 4 Masteries available in Titan Quest 2 Early Access. Storm Mastery focuses on Lightning Damage and Cold Damage, as well as applying Shock, Chill and Freeze to enemies. It features both Projectile Spells and AoEs, as well as a buff for Cold and Lightning Damage for yourself and allies. Storm Guidance actually increases Projectile Damage, Projectile Homing and Projectile Range, so it should be good for Ranged Builds that use Bows as well, which is now included in Warfare Mastery.

Titan Quest 2 Storm Mastery Skills[edit | edit source]

Storm Mastery in Titan Quest 2 has Active Skills and Passive Skills that will unlock as players gain more Divinity. Both these skill types can be modified to improve or change them in some way. Players can only have 10 Active Skills equipped on their hotbar at one time, but you can have as many Passive Skills as you want, as these don't take up hotbar slots.

Active Skills and Passive Skills have ranks for each Skill Point you place into them, increasing their general effectiveness by increasing damage, projectile count or duration, and the more Skill Points you place into a Skill the more Modifiers or Feats you will unlock for it allow you to improve or change its properties even more.

Titan Quest 2 Storm Mastery Active Skills[edit | edit source]

Skill Unlocks At Effect
Ice Shards
0 Divinity Fire 5 ice shards in a cone dealing Cold Damage each. Additionaly hits against the same enemy deal 80% less Damage.

On use gain Overwhelm while you have an Overwhelm skill equipped.

Call Lightning
0 Divinity Call down lightning at target location dealing Lightning Damage in a 1.5m radius.
Storm Nimbus
6 Divinity Emit an Aura with an 18m radius.

Aura grants allies +30% increased Cold and Lightning Damage.

Ice Nova
6 Divinity Deal Cold Damage in a 4.0m radius around you. 25% chance to Freeze for 1.0s.
Lightning Bolt
6 Divinity Throw a bolt of lightning that deals Lightning Damage. Infinite Penetration.

Always fires 1 Projectile. Additonal Projectiles instead split off on the first hit. Additional Projectiles deal 60% less Damage. On use gain Overwhelm while you have an Overwhelm skill equipped.

Cyclone
18 Divinity Deals Cold Damage at target location in a 7.0m radius for 10s.

Recast the skill to reposition and it an refresh the duration. Consumes 8 Energy per second while active. Deals 5% more Damage per Amplify. Cyclone gains Amplify whenever you use a Fire, Cold or Lightning skill (max 10 stacks). When Cyclone ends or is recast it loses all stacks.

Lightning Evoker
18 Divinity Whenever you use an active non-channel skill, there is a 6% chance to hit a random enemy within 12m with a Lightning Strike.
Overcharge
18 Divinity +10% increased Damage with Overload abilities.
Storm Protection
18 Divinity +20 Energy Barrier

+8% increased Barrier Conversion +2% added Chance for Glancing Projectiles
