How Stagger Works
Stagger is one of the few Ailments that affects both offense and defense by lowering a target’s attack speed and movement speed. It is especially dangerous when stacked in melee-heavy encounters, as it slows enemy retaliation and escape.

- Using multiple sources of Strike attacks increases stacking speed.
Notes
- Each stack expires after a fixed duration.
- Ailment effects are not reduced by enemy resistances.
- Ailments apply based on your attack’s Ailment Chance and dominant damage type.
