Shadow Arts is a Passive Rogue Mastery Skill in Titan Quest 2 (TQ2) that increases Spell Damage, favoring Shadow-themed casters or hybrid builds making use of spell scaling.
This Skill is available after spending 18 Divinity Points in Rogue Mastery Divinity.
