Nimble Defense is a Passive Rogue Mastery Skill in Titan Quest 2 (TQ2) that improves your Glancing Hit Chance and allows you to use movement-based abilities more often. It is ideal for slippery, evasive builds that emphasize repositioning and avoiding direct damage.

This Skill is available after spending 6 Divinity Points in Rogue Mastery Divinity.

  • Glancing Hit Chance allows you to reduce incoming hit damage. Nimble Defense helps you scale it further by increasing both melee and ranged avoidance with the right feats.
  • The Movement Skill Cooldown Speed bonus makes this a core choice for builds relying on skills like Flicker Flicker or mobility-enhancing tools in Storm Mastery.
  • Highly synergistic with hit-and-run playstyles, especially when combined with Preparation Preparation to boost overall damage while remaining mobile.
  • Use the Glancing Blow or Glancing Projectile feats depending on whether you're running melee or ranged loadouts. You can’t take both, so pick one based on your primary attack style.
