Throw a bolt of lightning that deals 15 Lightning Damage
Infinite Penetration.
Always fires 1 Projectile. Additional Projectiles instead split off on the first hit. Additional Projectiles deal 60% less Damage.
On use gain Overwhelm while you have an Overwhelm skill equipped.

Lightning Bolt is an Active Storm Mastery Skill in Titan Quest 2 (TQ2) that deals Lightning Damage with a projectile that splits into more projectiles on enemy hits. Lightning Bolt can be used to quickly generate Overwhelm,

Titan Quest 2 Lightning Bolt Modifiers

Modifiers in Titan Quest 2 can change the way that certain skills work, and each one requires a certain amount of Capacity in order to slot it. Max Capacity increases as you place more and more Skill Points into any give skill, allowing you to slot more Modifiers further improving the chosen skill.

Lightning Bolt has a maximum Capacity of 10. Each rank of a Modifier costs a certain amount of Capacity, so if you want more ranks of it, you will need more Capacity in order to improve it. It would take 3 Capacity to slot all 3 ranks of example modifer for example.

Electric Burst

1 3 Initial projectile does not penetrate.

Initial projectile applies a debuff on hit that lasts for 3s. No stack limit. No Duration refresh. When it expires the target takes 3 Lightning Damage per stack.
+2 Energy Cost.

Rage Gain

1 3 On hit gain Rage, no more than once every 0.4s.

1% more Damage per Rage.
5% less Damage.

Additional Projectiles

1 3 +1 additional Projectiles.

5% less Damage.
+2 Energy Cost.

Lightning Fury

2 1 20% more Damage.

100% more additional Projectiles.
