Fissure is an Active Earth Mastery Skill in Titan Quest 2 (TQ2) that deals Strike Damage in line in front of you. It also slows enemies 20% and can consume Overwhelm to deal 50% more damage. This is a useful skill for hitting multiple enemies at a time, especially when upgraded with Additional Fissures.
This skill is available by default when taking Earth Mastery, but you will need to spend 1 Skill Point in it to use it.
Titan Quest 2 Fissure Guide
- This skill has a maximum of 3 Overwhelm with a Duration of 8s.
- Using this skill will Exhaust the player for 0.5s, reducing Energy Regeneration by 50%.
- Fissure deals Strike Damage, so anything that boosts Strike Damage or Physical Damage will increase the Damage of this skill such as:
Earth Attunement
&
Concussive Force
. - Taking Additional Fissures is a great way to AoE enemies down as it greatly increases the AoE size of the skill in a cone.
- Lava Fissure adds some Fire Damage to this skill, which benefits from Earth Attunement and
Cremation
and
Combustion
.
Titan Quest 2 Fissure Modifiers
Modifiers in Titan Quest 2 can change the way that certain skills work, and each one requires a certain amount of Capacity in order to slot it. Max Capacity increases as you place more and more Skill Points into any give skill, allowing you to slot more Modifiers further improving the chosen skill.
Fissure has a maximum Capacity of 10. Each rank of a Modifier costs a certain amount of Capacity, so if you want more ranks of it, you will need more Capacity in order to improve it. It would take 3 Capacity to slot all 3 ranks of Lava Fissure for example.
