Divinity
Divinity in Titan Quest 2 (TQ2) is a new mechanic that allows you to unlock Skills in Masteries. In the previous game, players would have to place Skill Points into their Mastery Trees themselves in order to access new Skills, but in Titan Quest 2 players gain Divinity Points they can spend to do this.
Divinity Points are earned by progressing the main quest of the game as well as by gaining levels (1 point per level past a certain point), and as players get further and further they will accumulate more Divinity Points. This prevents players from rushing to the best skills in 1 Mastery Tree as quickly as they could in the first game, which is both a pro and a con depending on how you look at it.
Divinity is used to unlock new Mastery Tiers. You can spend it by clicking on the plus below the bar on the left.
How to Get Divinity in Titan Quest 2
Below is a list of how to gain Divinity Points in Titan Quest 2:
- Defeat the Gryphon in The Queen of the Mountain quest - 6 Divinity Points
- Touch the Titan Ichor during The Search for the Sea-God quest - 5 Divinity Points
- Gaining Levels past ? grants 1 Divinity Point
- Leveling Up rewards small amounts
- Divine Challenges reward large amounts
- Some Quests might also reward you with Divinity.
