Deadly Affliction is a Passive Rogue Mastery Skill in Titan Quest 2 (TQ2) that enhances your overall ability to inflict and amplify Ailments through higher Ailment Chance and increased Ailment Power.

This skill is available after spending 6 Divinity Points in Rogue Mastery.

  • Ideal for builds focused on Bleeding, Burning, Poison, or Vitality Damage over time effects.
  • Pairs extremely well with skills like  Toxin , Anatomy Anatomy , or Preparation Preparation that apply or enhance ailment types.
  • Especially useful when scaling skills that deal repeated hits or apply multiple stacks like Shrapnel Shrapnel or Mark for Death Mark for Death .
  • Great synergy with the Rogue Mastery's focus on Plagued, Bleed, and DoT damage types, especially for weapons that apply status effects frequently.

Titan Quest 2 Deadly Affliction Feats

Feats in Titan Quest 2 can change the way that passive skills work, and each one requires a certain amount of Capacity in order to slot it. Max Capacity increases as you place more and more Skill Points into any given skill, allowing you to slot more feats further improving the chosen skill.
