Deals 4 Cold Damage at target location in a 7.0m radius for 10s.
Recast the skill to reposition it and refresh the duration.
Consumes 8 Energy per second while active.

Deals 5% more Damage per Amplify.
Cyclone gains Amplify whenever you use a Fire, Cold or Lightning skill (max 10 stacks).
When Cyclone ends or is recast it loses all stacks.

Cyclone is an Active Storm Mastery Skill in Titan Quest 2 (TQ2) that deals Cold Damage in an AoE at a target location, draining Energy over time. The more Skills used while Cyclone is active, the stronger it becomes.

This Skill is available after spending 18 Skill Points in Storm Mastery Skills.


Titan Quest 2 Cyclone Guide

  • Using Ice Nova Ice Nova and it's Flash Freeze Flash Freeze modifier, you can Freeze enemies to keep them stationary while casting Cyclone in a target location
  • For maximum efficiency, try using skills like Call Lightning Call Lightning and Lightning Bolt Lightning Bolt for fast-casting skills which will increase Cyclones damage while active


Titan Quest 2 Cyclone Modifiers

Modifiers in Titan Quest 2 can change the way that certain skills work, and each one requires a certain amount of Capacity in order to slot it. Max Capacity increases as you place more and more Skill Points into any give skill, allowing you to slot more Modifiers further improving the chosen skill.

Cyclone has a maximum Capacity of 10. Each rank of a Modifier costs a certain amount of Capacity, so if you want more ranks of it, you will need more Capacity in order to improve it. It would take 3 Capacity to slot all 3 ranks of example modifer for example.

Blizzard

2 3 Turns the Cyclone into a Blizzard.

10% more Damage.
+20% added Base Ailment Chance.
2% +0.5% per Chill stack on target chance (up to 15%) to Freeze for 0.8s.

Thunderstorm

2 3 Every 2 seconds enemies inside the Thunderstorm have a 8% chance to be hit by a Lightning Strike. +10% increased frequency per Amplify.

Personal Storm

2 1 A smaller Cyclone with 3.5m radius persists around you.

+2 Energy Degeneration

Localized Storm

1 3 Instead you can create up to 3 smaller storms with a 3.5m radius.

20% more Damage.
4s Duration.
+30 Energy Cost. No Energy Degeneration.
Placing a new localized storm instead only clears 30% Amplify stacks.

Escalation

1 3 Gains 1 Amplify every 2s while a cyclone is present.

While inside a cyclone gain +2% increased Physical, Cold and Lightning Damage per Amplify.

Violent Resolution

1 3 When a cyclone naturally ends it deals 5 Cold Damage inside its radius. This deals 8% more Damage per Amplify.
